Welcome to **KNOTBIO** ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing, or using the KNOTBIO Digital Identity & Lead Capture Engine, you ("User", "Creator", "Agency", or "Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

### 1. Platform Overview & Services
KNOTBIO provides an enterprise-grade digital business card command center, link-in-bio hub, contactless NFC tap reciprocity engine, gated lead magnet capture system, and Revenue IQ analytics suite.
### 2. Account Registration & Security
- Users must provide accurate, complete registration details and maintain account security.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted under your login credentials.
- Password hashes are secured using industry-standard BCrypt cryptography.
### 3. Subscription Tiers & Billing
- **Foundational Tier ($0/mo):** Baseline profile card with standard KNOTBIO branding.
- **Elite Command Tier ($19/mo):** Gated lead magnets, 12 dynamic themes, custom CSS, vCard export, CSV lead exports, and platform branding removal.
- **Empire Scale Tier ($49/mo):** Agency multi-profile delegation (up to 5 client profile hubs), custom domain mapping, and priority support.
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually until canceled via your dashboard.
### 4. Digital Identity & NFC Card Usage
- Users are solely responsible for the links, assets, media, and titles published on their digital cards.
- Contactless NFC tap-to-share reciprocity functions rely on modern device hardware compatibility.
### 5. Lead Generation & Data Ownership
- Leads captured through your gated asset forms belong to you as the creator.
- You warrant that lead communications comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
### 6. Partner Affiliate Program & Commissions
- Registered affiliates earn a 20% recurring monthly commission on active subscriber referrals.
- Payouts are processed monthly subject to valid transaction verification. Self-referrals and fraudulent spam traffic are strictly prohibited.
### 7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KNOTBIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions or data loss.
